The Richmond wrestling team has had quite a summer. Two Blue Devils won Black Hats at the J Robinson Intensive camps, and now seven wrestlers will be headed to the Super 32s on Oct. 24 in Greensboro, N.C. Some of the Blue Devils top wrestlers, including first-team all-area selections Brian Henke (140) and Casey Martin (119) will be competing. Also headed to the prestigious tournament are Nathan Henke (103), Garret Edwards (112), Justin Russo (125), Alex Morang (145) and Adrian Morang (145). Richmond is among the favorites to win the state title in Division 3 this year, along with Saginaw Swan Valley and Dundee. Seeing competition like this can only help the Blue Devils' cause.  |
